It's hard when you are an unmanned business like a Laundromat, to catch up with your customers and say 'thank you' and ask if they are happy with everything. We use our twice daily cleaning visits to chat to customers, find out what they like and dislike. It's a great opportunity for us to build our business and make it better for everyone. Suggestions are always welcome. That is where the Television, WiFi and magazine/coffee shelf came from - you! Our customers. Laundromats aren't always the coolest businesses to get people interactive online with. Our Facebook page has been going since late 2010 with a trickle of likers coming in, so it was with great excitement as we approached the Century milestone. We just had to thank 'whoever' that #100 was going to be.
And how fantastic that our wonderful 100th liker, ended up being a local business person. Nicole from Artland Indooroopilly joined our 'likers ranks' And we loved being able to pop across Moggill Road and give Nicole just a little appreciation gift. So *thank you* everyone, thanks for coming to Indooroopilly Laundromat at Taringa...even if the name does puzzle you ;) Thank you for your custom, feedback and support.
